AER International Conference 2010

Information for PresentersThank you for the opportunity to share your work with hundreds of other visioin professionals at this years conference. In the coming weeks, we ask that you check back on this webpage for updated information regarding presentations and next steps. All abstract submitters have been notified of the decisions made by the International Conference Program Committee. If you have not yet been notified, please contact the AER office at abstracts@aerbvi.org or by calling 703-671-4500. Handouts for this years meeting will not be supplied by AER. We will be posting all the handout material on the confererence website so that attendees may download the handout material and bring it with them to the meeting in their preferred format. Also, a CD-Rom containing all the handout matieral will be supplied to all attendees. Handout material must be submitted to the AER Office by July 2, 2010 in order be included in the CD Rom and on the AER Conference website. The email address to send your documents to is: abstracts@aerbvi.org. Please indicate your name and the presentation tiltle when sending the files. Documents can include Word files, PowerPoint files, PDF's, and text files. If you have handout materail and you do not submit your handout material to AER by July 2nd, you will be required to bring the handouts in three accessible formats: Regular print, large print and braille. We will not have an exact number of attendees in each room but can supply you with the maximum number of seats that will be set in each room. Please also remember, there are NO PC's or laptops in the session rooms. We will supply a LCD projector and screen. You are responsible for bringing your own laptop if you wish to present with a PowerPoint presentation. Any other audio visual equipment can be supplied at the presenters expense and AER can quote you pricing for that equipment.
