Organizations are cordially invited to showcase their products and services to key decision makers in the field of vision impairment and blindness at the 2009 AER Regional Conference, set for Nov. 13-15 in Cleveland, Ohio.

AER is bringing back regional meetings this year and is proud to partner with COMA (Central Region Orientation & Mobility Association) to provide a program track geared to Orientation & Mobility specialists. We’re also expecting delegates from other disciplines who will enjoy sessions on adult rehabilitation, assistive technology, general education, and early intervention/multiple disabilities.

AER has 30 10 x 10 booth spaces available for the AER Exhibit Hall located in the Crowne Plaza Cleveland City Centre, which will be open Nov. 13-14, with specific non-compete times set aside for delegates to visit exhibits. View the Booth Layout here.

AER Exhibit Hall Fees*:
AER Corporate Members  $1,050 per 10 x 10 space
Non-members $1,200 per 10 x 10 space

Fee includes 2 exhibitor badges. Additional exhibitor badges are $99 each. Note that you must register as a full conference delegate if you wish to attend educational sessions. Fee also includes company ID sign, one 6-foot professionally draped table and booth space, two chairs and wastebasket. Fee does not include electricity, Internet connections, material handling, labor or shipping. A large portion of the West Ballroom is carpeted.

Accommodations
Make your hotel reservations during the online registration process through Oct. 13 for the Crowne Plaza Cleveland City Centre, 777 St. Clair Ave., Cleveland, Ohio. Hotel rate is $99 per night, single or double. AER will forward the payment information directly to the hotel and will not charge the credit card. After Oct. 13, make reservations directly with hotel at 216-771-4600 indicating that you are attending the AER Regional Conference.

Product Demonstration Sponsor
$2,000 (3 available on Friday or Saturday)
Showcase your latest product or service to a select audience of conference delegates during the unopposed lunch time on Friday, Nov. 13, or Saturday, Nov. 14. AER will provide meeting room space, and you will be listed in the conference program and may supply a flier for conference registration bags. You are welcome to provide refreshments during your session.
