Alexa Poynor

Alexa Poynor, chair elect for Division 9 Orientation and Mobility, has been an O&M specialist for the past 26 years in Texas. She is the current regional educational consultant for Region 10 Education Service Center, serving students with visual impairments and teachers in North Texas with professional development and support for programs in public schools. Alexa is a national presenter on visual impairment topics such as Bioptic Driving and Beginning with the End in Mind for Students with Visual Impairments.
