Webinar cancellation policy

Thank you for registering for an AER eLearning Webinar. Please review our policy regarding cancellations and refunds below.

We require a 24-hour advance notice for any cancellation to be eligible for a full refund. 

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or are unable to attend the live session, your registration fee will be converted to grant you access to the recorded version of the course once it is available. Please contact us at [email protected] to ensure you have received access to the recorded course or for questions and special requests.

Registration Fees

AER Members: Registration is complimentary and provides unlimited access to live and recorded webinars as part of your membership benefits. This policy primarily addresses non-member registrations.

Non-Members: The fee for individual webinar registration is $25.00 per webinar.

Cancellation Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, all cancellation requests must be received according to the following schedule:

Greater than 24 hours before the scheduled live event 

Full Refund of the $25 registration fee. 

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled live event 

No Refund. The registration fee will be converted to a credit for the recorded course once it becomes available. Please send a request to [email protected] to ensure access to the recorded course. 

Non-Attendance (No show)

No Refund. The registration fee will be converted to a credit for the recorded course once it becomes available. Please send a request to [email protected] to ensure access to the recorded course. 

Course Access for Late Cancellations / Non-Attendance

If you cancel less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend the live event, your $25 registration fee is not forfeited. Instead, it will be applied to grant you full access to the recorded version of the course once it has been uploaded to the AER eLearning platform. Please send a request to [email protected] to ensure access to the recorded course.

  • Your full name.
  • The title and date of the webinar you wish to cancel.
