Judi Lambert

Judi has been a Certified O&M Specialist for nearly 20 years in the state of Rhode Island, working multiple school districts and Early Intervention Program. During this time, she has helped coordinate On the Move, a two-week O&M summer camp for RI youth run through Insight RI; a statewide Beeping Egg Hunt and White Cane Day events. Currently, she is one of the instructors for the UMass-Boston Vision Studies praxis course for future COMS. Judi is also Associate Director of Lazo, RI and is the Managing Partner at Aligned Access Partners, a disability rights and accessibility consulting firm. Judi currently sits on the boards of directors for various non-profit agencies with similar missions in RI. Judi earned her M Ed from the University of Massachusetts-Boston Vision Studies Program and her MPA from the University of RI. She has been a member of NEAER since joining the Vision Services field, becoming chairperson for the By-laws Committee and an elected member-at-large.
