You will be asked to complete a pre-/post-training assessment, respond to five 15-20 minute surveys following each synchronous webinar, and participate in two focus groups.
Video taping will be collected as part of the training and may be used for future trainings, but they will NOT be used for research purposes.
Reports resulting from this study will not identify you as a participant. All information gathered in this study will remain anonymous and be given out only with your permission or as required by law. The data will be gathered via a secured website (Qualtrics) and downloaded in aggregate format onto a password protected laptop in a password protected file.
This study has minimal risks and is exempt from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for research involving Human Subjects. Associated risks of participation include the inconvenience of time and discomfort in responding to the questions. You may choose not to respond to any of the questions being posed, and you may choose to end the survey without completing it. Similarly, you may choose not to participate in the focus groups. If you choose not to participate in responding to the survey or focus group, you may still receive training on how to use the tool and a partial stipend for completing the training. If you are a student in a university program your decision to not respond to the survey will not affect your grade or training that you receive.
